Nicely mellow. Ginger and turmeric are most present in the taste, but not overly strong. The rest of the blend brings it right to the edge of a sweetness without actually being sweet, and just makes for a balanced flavor. Really a delight.

Has the ginger I wanted it for with a dash of turmeric to the taste, but the rest of the blend brings a mellow balance – almost approaching a calm natural sweet to it that's very nice without dominating the taste.
